We estimate constraints on neutrino masses from future cosmological observations. We focus on the ongoing CMB observations, including B-mode polarization produced by a CMB lensing (Planck), and the future observations of the baryon acoustic oscillations and the growth of structure with an allsky galaxy redshift survey (BigBOSS). By these combined observational data, we estimate errors of the bounds on the total neutrino mass to be $\Delta\sum m_{\nu}\sim 0.03$ eV. In case that the fiducial values of the total neutrino mass is taken to be $\sum m_{\nu}= 0.05$ eV, this means that the neutrino mass hierarchy must be normal.
