Combining Planck with Large Scale Structure gives strong neutrino mass constraint    [PDF]

Signe Riemer-Sørensen, David Parkinson, Tamara M. Davis
We measure the strongest current cosmological upper limit on the neutrino mass, by adding observations of the large-scale matter power spectrum from the WiggleZ Dark Energy Survey to observations of the cosmic microwave background data from the Planck surveyor, and measurements of the baryon acoustic oscillation scale. Together with the lower limit from neutrino oscillation experiments, the allowed range for the sum of neutrino masses is now 0.05 eV to 0.15 eV (95% confidence).
