The model of the inner structure of dark matter haloes in hierarchical
cosmologies recently developed by Salvador-Sol\'e et al. (2012) is extended to
deal with their kinematics and triaxial shape. We establish the link between
these properties and the shape of halo seeds, namely peaks in the initial
random Gaussian density field, which can be inferred from the power-spectrum of
density perturbations. The model is shown to hold for all haloes, regardless of
their aggregation history. The predicted typical trends in the shape, as well
as the pseudo phase-space density and anisotropy profiles are in good agreement
with the results of numerical simulations. The model allows one to understand
the origin of the power-law-like pseudo phase space density profile for
virialised haloes.
